إِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ إِنِّى خَـٰلِقٌۢ بَشَرًا مِّن طِينٍ

"[So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay."
