يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ

"He punishes whom He wills and has mercy upon whom He wills, and to Him you will be returned."
