إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَـٰهُ قُرْءَٰنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ

"Indeed, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur’ān1 that you might understand."
